Obviously it depends on your plan: there are bunk beds in hostels for about € 16 (or less) and also luxury hotels where you can drop tickets without stopping. Staré Mesto (Old Town)

It is the historical center and, without a doubt, the best option to stay in Prague as you will be one step away from the main attractions of the city. The bad thing is that prices are somewhat higher that in the rest of the zones, the good thing is that they are still affordable if we compare them with other European capitals. In addition, having so much concentration of accommodation, you can often find irreproachable offers. It is, without a doubt, the area where we always look, and the one we recommend on your first trip to Prague, especially if you find something next to the Old Town Square. Of course, keep in mind that it is the most tourist area of the city, and with more movement.

Josefov (Jewish Quarter)

The northern part of the historic center is known as Josefov, the former Jewish city ghetto, another great option to stay in Prague. Central, picturesque, with a lot of history and currently quite exclusive, in Josefov you can visit 6 different synagogues and find the most expensive fashion stores in Prague. And after a pleasant and short walk, stand in the center.

Nové Mesto (New Town)

It is not in the center ... but it is not that it is on the other side of the city, so it is not a bad alternative. It is also one of the cheapest areas to stay in Prague. Specifically, we recommend you to search for a hotel or hostel near the Wenceslas Square. Being a less touristy neighborhood, the feeling you will have will be to know the most authentic face, far from the souvenir shops and the clichés of Prague. Malá Strana (Small Town)

To the cross the Charles Bridge, you will enter Malá Strana, a very nice and flirty neighborhood, with cobbled streets, restaurants of all kinds and much, much charm. The best thing is that the position is super strategic: halfway between the historic center and the Prague Castle area, but in a much quieter and quieter place. Come on, there is no doubt that it is one of the best areas to sleep in Prague, and the accommodations are usually of quality and at lower prices.
